·            Establish and define a clear understanding of the drawing details required.

 

·            Produce an outline budget cost and drawing programme.

 

·            Initiate the drawing production with preliminary issue dates agreed for comment or revision.

 

·            Provide a drawing issue status report and drawing issue sheet for the project confirming delivery of documents and CAD files.

 

·            Produce a drawing checking record sheet prior to issuing drawings to client.

 

·            Initiate final review and issue of all electronic CAD drawings together with all record documents used.

 

Each part of the drafting procedure defined above is adhered to ad part of out quality assurance procedure and offer our clients an agreed project cost and deadline prior to work commencing.
